At a Glance

Coordination across configured deployments.

This page covers pairing, selected record sync, disconnected operation, reconciliation, and sync visibility for multi-unit Shadow and Shield deployments on a local network.

01 / Purpose

Multi-unit coordination.

Warden Network is an optional local-network coordination layer for teams running more than one Shadow and Shield deployment.

  • Supports operational awareness across configured units on the same local network
  • Keeps selected case, user, organization, and activity records aligned
  • Helps teams review work from a shared operational context
  • Designed for coordination, not bulk evidence storage

02 / Pairing

Device pairing.

Pairing defines which deployments can participate in a Warden Network configuration.

  • Pair approved deployments
  • Review paired device records
  • Remove or revoke deployments when needed
  • View pairing status where supported

03 / Scope

Selected record sync.

Warden Network focuses on selected operational records so teams can keep related deployment activity aligned.

  • Supported record categories depend on release and configuration
  • Organization and permission scope control what users can see
  • Selected case, user, organization, and activity metadata can synchronize across configured deployments
  • Evidence-file movement remains a separate workflow

04 / Operation

Disconnected operation.

Deployments continue operating locally when disconnected from the local network and reconcile selected records when the configured local sync path is available again.

  • Local operation continues while disconnected
  • Selected records reconcile when local connectivity returns
  • Sync can run automatically or manually where supported
  • Conflict handling depends on record type and release behavior

05 / Transport

Network and transport.

Warden Network is designed for local-network coordination between configured deployments.

  • Network behavior depends on deployment configuration
  • Configured Warden server access may be required on the local network
  • Transport behavior is release-specific
  • No public cloud relay is used

06 / Visibility

Sync visibility.

Operators and administrators can review sync status and activity where Warden Network is configured.

  • View sync status and activity records
  • Review recent sync activity where supported
  • Review transport and connection state
  • Confirm which deployments are participating

Warden Network is focused on local-network coordination and selected operational records. Evidence-file movement is handled separately.
