All Shadow and Shield software is written in the United States by U.S. citizens. The founder and developer at the time of this blog post also holds a security clearance. Shadow and Shield products sold to US customers are assembled in Florida, USA and as of the date of this post 100% of the product sold, including the UK, is assembled in the US.
All software and hardware technology used in the development of the software are US owned. This includes the development environment, CAD software, the coding harnesses and the cloud based frontier AI models used to assist development. Any open source models used in the development process or to run operations are 100% locally hosted in the US.
Shadow and Shield takes supply chain, intelligence interests, and product security seriously.
