    Shield Companion is our planned standalone release of the Shield-399 software platform — the same tools, case management, and reporting, installed on your own workstation. Founding units include a single-workstation license that never expires, plus 12 months of software updates and support when Companion ships commercially. After that, updates and support are optional; the software keeps working without renewal. Same organization; requires active Shield-399 software update coverage at activation.

Based on planned standard pricing, over $2,000 in included warranty, software updates, training, and field equipment.

Shield-399 Core Kit

A standard configuration starts with a Shield-399 hardware unit and a customer-selected protective case with configurable interior organization. It includes a 2-year hardware warranty and 1 year of software updates and support. After year one, update and support coverage is optional at $1,499 per unit annually. The software license never expires, and the software keeps working without renewal. Select optional accessories and upgrades below.
